Program Overview: This transformative three-part series

deepens educators’ understanding of the Science of

Reading. Explore actionable strategies, evidence-based

insights, and effective responses to reading challenges that

empower teachers to make a lasting impact on literacy.

Target Audience: This three-session webinar is designed

for teachers, instructional leaders, and principals. It

provides a deep dive into how these practices can be

effectively implemented in the classroom and how leaders

can support teachers in their understanding of reading

instruction.

Each session lasts 90 minutes. Please note the first 2 sessions are on Tuesday but the last session is on a Monday.  Each session runs from   4:00-5:30 pm.

  •  Session 1-- Tuesday, January 14, 2025; Kick off the series with a session designed to provide a clear, research-driven framework to support decision-making in reading instruction.
  • Session 2--  Tuesday, January 28, 2025; In this second session, Dr. Beverine-Curry will explore the essentials of reading assessment and the Response to Intervention (RTI) approach.
  • Session 3-- Monday, February 10,2025; Conclude the series with a powerful discussion on the structural and cultural shifts needed to drive significant, lasting change in reading instruction.

    Cost: $199/person; $175/person for teams of 3 or more.
