Bios:
Carolyn Tinsley-Tremmel, Senior Associate with PLC Associates, is a highly experienced educator who specializes in assisting teachers and leaders to create dynamic classrooms with fully engaged learners. As a former teacher and staff development specialist, she is successfully working with schools in New York state to integrate high-quality instruction, school-wide – a key to student success. Carolyn provides support to both teachers and school leaders in building a success culture.
Cynthia Rice, Senior Associate with PLC Associates, has over 25 years of experience as an educator and staff development specialist in working with schools to integrate research-based, evidence-driven instructional practices. She has deep expertise, specifically in creating engaged classrooms, supporting teachers in mastering high-quality instructional practices. Cindy assists school leaders in developing the specific systems important for institutionalizing and sustaining these practices and strategies.
